From 2021 to 2023, Lionel Patrick Serex was director of the legal and compliance department of a Swiss casino group based in Aargau, contributing to and working on the renewal of gaming concessions. Since then, he has also been advising clients on licensing issues (Swiss Federal Gaming Board SFGB) for the gaming industry, including iGaming, among others in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR), contract law (gaming licenses and gaming platforms), social concept (player protection) and obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and data protection law.
