Since then, he has also been advising clients on licensing issues (Swiss Federal Gaming Board SFGB) for the gaming industry, including iGaming, among others in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR), contract law (gaming licenses and gaming platforms), social concept (player protection) and obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and data protection law.
